Comments from real customers · Honoring of warranty, Disgusting!! · I’m 63 years old, and just STARTED flying · A couple of small faults, but rectified quickly by the manufacturer · Easy to maintain · Customer Service STINKS · ALL this SH*T is way OVERPRICED!! · A frustrating experience · Major engine problems, with deteriorating service · Engine is very good now due to MY mods · Engine starting from cold NOT ideal · Frame & Cage are the weakest components, they SUCK · Vibration Issues, believed to be crankcase · Motor mount broke when factory made aluminum spacer failed. Replaced with home made steel spacer · WEIGHT!!! Very light (allegedly)

Conclusions: The overall response was low due to a typical apathy amongst the paramotor community. After all, we’d ALL rather be flying than completing a survey. It’s important for manufacturers to note that results do NOT imply or infer any conclusion whatsoever about their equipment. The inaugural survey could only just scratch the surface of what paramotor pilots want from their equipment. The objectives were to allow a trainee pilot to pull together a survey about what it is we as customers wanted. This was done as cheaply as possible but does not negate the results or the data which has been submitted It is important to note that this survey is independent and is not recommending any one manufacturer, dealer or machine.
